Do I need to be
there when you
massage my horse?
I prefer the owner or someone familiar with the horse
is there the first time I massage the horse.

I like to be able to get some background information
into how the horse has been working and behaving,
and any illness or injuries that the horse has had.  It
is beneficial if the horse is held with a lead rope as
opposed to being tied or cross tied until I know how
the horse will react to the massage work.

The horse needs to be hand walked or lightly
exercised after the sports massage, and I am not
able to do this. Having someone there to walk the
horse out is important.
